At every point in our lives, we have things we want to do, so why not write them down? Did you know? If you write down your goals, to-do list, or bucket list, you are more likely to accomplish them. A bucket list can be personal, like getting married or having children. The list can be more adventurous, like skydiving or swimming with whale sharks. Step 2: Visualize-

Visualize where you want to travel, what you want to experience, the skills you want to learn, the people you want to meet, where you want to live, and anything that matters to you personally.

Step 3: Categorize-

Categorize your bucket list into segments to guarantee you do not miss anything you want to do in your life.
-Health and Fitness
-Business and Finance
-Food and Drink
-Holidays and Seasons
-Relationships and Friends
-Travel and Adventures

Step 4: Make a List-

Step 4: Make a Vision Board-

Print out pictures of everything and put them on a piece of paper.

Step 5: Make an Action Plan-

A bucket list can help you manifest what you want in your life. Manifesting is the act or practice of bringing something into your life through belief. When you set goals, you can achieve more in life, whether it is your finances, fitness, career, relationships, or home life.

2: Reflections:

Before you make a bucket list, it can help you reflect on your hopes, dreams, values, and goals. What are your likes? Dislikes? What makes you happy? What are your top priorities?

After knocking off a bucket list item, you can reflect on the adventures and memories created with friends and family. It is easy to bond with others over new experiences!!

3: Better Decision Making:

The list can identify experiences that we want to have in our lifetime. It will help you figure out what is important to you. You will make better decisions in your life toward your goals. For example, let’s say your goal is to save money to travel, then you can try to cook at home more often versus going out to eat.

Knocking off a bucket list item and accomplishing a goal will create a sense of fulfillment!

5: Excitement:

You will be excited to get up early in the morning and stay up late at night to start planning your adventure.

You will also be happy once you accomplish your goals. You can print out photos of the adventures to reflect on your completed bucket list items!

6: Sense of Direction and Focus:

It can give you a sense of direction and help you focus more on what is important to you and why! It will help you determine your end goal and the steps needed to take you there, keeping your eye focused on the prize!


It gives you motivation to accomplish your goals. Having a list will inspire you naturally to want to cross things off of it.

8: Experiences, Learning, and Exploring:

You will have unforgettable experiences, explore new places, and learn something new! For example, you can learn a new language, sew, take better photos, or scuba dive. Whatever it is that you want in life, you can do it!

9: Dream Bigger:

A bucket list is an invitation to dream bigger. The time limit is before you die, so this opens up possibilities. It takes away the limitation of fear, time, and money.

10: Keeps You Moving:

Imagine reflecting on Kayaking at Lake Tahoe in California or Hiking through Zion National Park or Bryce Canyon in Utah. Adventurous items will get you off the sofa and keep you moving.
