First, you need to set goals that are as SPECIFIC as possible. Answer the following questions to get a specific goal:
- Who? Consider who needs to be involved to accomplish your goal.
- What? What are you trying to accomplish?
- Where? Is there a location?
- When? Set at timeframe.
