50 European Countries in Alphabetical Order

Europe is one of my favorite continents, from the breathtaking landscapes to the warm, kind-hearted locals. There are many different cultures to learn about and historical buildings to explore. From going island hopping in Croatia to admiring the views on a scenic train ride in Switzerland, you will never be bored in Europe. Below is a list of 50 European Countries in alphabetical order and a few things to do in each country!
1: Albania-

Albania is situated in southeastern Europe, bordered by the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, and is surrounded by the stunning Albanian Alps. Don’t forget to see the main square called Skanderbeg Square in Tirana, the capital city of Albania. If I ever go to Albania, I would add the Albanian Riviera to my itinerary, home to beautiful coastal towns, crystal clear waters, and stunning beaches.
Things to Do:

- Go canyoning in the Osum Canyon.
- Hike the Albanian Alps, specifically at Theth National Park!

- Take a boat ride at Lake Komani.

Azerbaijan is a country in both Asia and Europe. Popular things to do in Azerbaijan are to explore the mud volcanos and see Baku’s old city!

Due to the tragic fire, the cathedral is still closed to tourists. A walking tour to discover Montmartre and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica will be worth every penny. I LOVED Paris, but the next time I travel to France, I will visit the city of Cannes because my sister goes every year for work and always recommends this destination to me.

Greece is famous for its beautiful islands and iconic white-washed and blue-colored buildings. Athens, the capital, is home to landmarks like the Acropolis. Ari and I explored the ancient ruins on our own time and did not know what we were looking at. I recommend booking a TOUR to see the ruins! We also traveled to Santorini to see the famous sunset in Oia and relax at the volcanic beaches, including Perissa Beach. Next time I travel to Greece, I would LOVE to book the tour to see Navagio Beach on Zakynthos, as shown in the photo below.
